Time to reserve!
Now that the property has received enough interest, it’s time to reserve your ownership. We’ll need to complete the qualification process, and once approved, we’ll move your shares of the property to “Under Contract.”

The remaining shares will be available for immediate ownership. Shares are limited, and properties sell out quickly.

Properties are held in a Spanish S.L. (Sociedad Limitada). Our accountants establish the company, and both the notary and accountant oversee the transfer process.
